The woman turned out to be a viral influencer who was secretly recording the incident from afar. She then posted a video sharing her side of the story and how excited she was to meet this sweet and brilliant man. She found out that he works in IT and his life's purpose is to help others with d!sabilities to have a more accessible life. Since posting her video, the man, Ed, created his own TikTok account sharing his side of the story and how appreciative he was of this influencer. Now, he is at almost 60k followers and hoping to spread his message to a larger audience.

Not only has a beautiful friendship formed, but also an educational message of inclusivity is being spread. Though that was a first for Ed and his service dog, and they were shaken by the experience, he was still happy that he was able to meet the influencer, Jen. He promises to post more videos advocating for allyship within the d!sabilities community and helping to spread more education on the subject. Plus, more videos about his very well-trained and adorable service dog named Loki.
As Jen says over and over again in the video, it's an “honor” to sit next to a working dog and his amazing human.
